  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Respond in a timely manner to requests necessary for service delivery

  • Maintain security of any credentials or access provided

Delays caused by incomplete information or lack of cooperation may impact service timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, deliverables, and work products remain the property of Devops Techies LLC until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended business purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Devops Techies LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Issues arising from third-party platforms or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • These terms are violated

  • Payment obligations are not met

  • Illegal or abusive activity is identified

Clients may terminate services according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Devops Techies LLC is registered.
